Shadows
Where in the shadows do you come from? Do you come from the shadows of your dark past where mistakes live that changed your life forever, and demons lurk that determine the depths of your existence? Do you come from the shadows of a new morning’s mist out of a cold wet fog, gray and overcast blanketing out the universe? Do you come from the shadows of an evening’s sunset, hypnotizing surrealistic shapes across the color spectrum that seem not to be real, that dance in your eyes to the horizon? Do you come from the shadows of insane violence— thunder-claps and lightning-bolts, hear the voice of God— an eye for an eye, nowhere to hide, to find sanctuary? Do you come from the shadows of death row, yet choose to create your own hue— self in the shadows of the hueman world?
